Rebuilt Ross HDM-40 (Non-Vacuum) 40-gallon Double Planetary

Rebuilt Ross Model HDM-40 non-vacuum double planetary mixer. Unit features a rebuilt Delroyd HV-70 gear reducer and rebuilt planetary gearbox. Equipped with a rebuilt air/oil hydraulic lift system, and a new 15 HP explosion-proof inverter-duty motor. Machine has been completely sandblasted, refurbished, and repainted. Ross Planetary Disperser (Powermix) Model PD-40 (SOLD)

Rebuilt Ross HDM-40 (Non-Vacuum) 40-gallon Double Planetary

40 gallon, non-vacuum, single planetary mixer with seperately driven, orbiting, high speed disperser. Planetary stirrer is driven by a 10 HP, TEFC, 230/460 volt motor. High speed disperser is driven by a 15 HP, TEFC, 230/460 volt motor. High speed disperser shaft was bent and was removed to run a test for a potential customer who was interested in a single-planetary mixer. A new shaft can be made to restore unit to original configuration. Currently includes a non-jacketed, carbon steel mix can however we have various other mix cans that can be fitted to this machine. Needs minor rebuild. Can be converted to vacuum (major project).

25 gallon, non-vacuum, double planetary mixer direct driven by a 15/7.5 HP 2-speed XP, 230 volt motor. Includes (1) jacketed stainless steel (internal) mix can. Needs minor rebuild. Can be converted to vacuum (major project).

75 gallon, non-vacuum, double planetary mixer driven by a 20 HP, XP, 230/460 volt motor through a mechanical vari-drive. Includes 2 non-jacketed, stainless steel (internal) mix cans. Machine has been partially disassembled to inspect condition of internal parts. Needs minor rebuild. Can be converted to vacuum (major project).

100 gallon double planetary mixer direct driven by a 25/12.5 HP, 2-speed, XP, 550 volt, motor, capable of vacuum operation. Includes one internally machined, stainless steel (internal), jacketed mix can with 3" bottom outlet and PBM ball valve. All major parts are there. Machine is currently disassembled. Needs major rebuild.
